Caelie grew up in Oklahoma, where she earned a Bachelors degree in sculpture and ceramics. She has worked in various sectors of the health care field for the past 10 years. Her passion for helping others find healing easily combined with her need to experience things through touch, thus leading her to massage therapy.
After school, Caelie worked in both a spa setting and in a chiropractic office. This allowed her to not only gain knowledge in how to relax and renew the body using massage, it also gave her experience in a medical setting working as part of a healthcare team. She has experience in the following styles of bodywork:
Deep Tissue (anatomically focused massage)
Prenatal (Caelie is a Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist)
TMJ Release Work
Drawing from these modalities, Caelie can design a massage session to meet your individual needs. She combines subtle, gentle touch with deeper, technical work to encourage the body's ability to heal itself, providing both relaxation and relief. Whether you need a full body massage to relax or just a couple of knots worked out, you can rest assured that you’re going to get a customized massage session that will decrease your pain and leave you feeling more open and balanced.

Deneka has been a career lawyer, specializing in nonprofit and mental health work. Her journey through self care and wellness is one that we hear all too often...
“Like many other women, I always felt that my responsibilities to my family and my work were more important than ‘treating myself” Running on empty leads to chronic pain and overall exhaustion! Through various self-care practices and a career overhaul, Deneka found her new passion: helping others find their peace and wellness, because self-care isn’t selfish and wellness should be a focal point in everyone’s life!
